Dave Condensa is a Sr. Wealth Manager and Certified Exit Planning Advisor located in San Jose, CA. With a BA in Accounting from Golden Gate University, Dave started his career in tech. In 2001, he founded his first company, Helio Solutions, which he grew from zero to over $120M in 5 years. After 18 years and 4 tech start-ups as CEO/CFO, Dave started consulting with business owners and executives on exit and retirement strategies. Dave now holds a Series 7 and Series 66, is a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, and is Life Insurance Licensed in many states.  Dave enjoys working with current and near retirees, as well as individuals trying to manage their concentrated stock positions.  

 As a Bay Area native, Dave enjoys the outdoors and exploring wine country with his wife Debbie. With two grown kids, Dave and Debbie decided to rescue a puppy, Layla, in 2023. Now dog walks, training and puppy play dates pretty much take up all their free time.
