Jeff is the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO). He has a political science degree from Boise State University (BSU) and a law degree from the University of Idaho (UofI). He passed the Idaho State Bar in 2001 and was an active-duty JAG officer with the United States Air Force until 2007 (retiring from the reserves in 2023). During his active duty service he advised on Equal Employment Opportunity Matters, Adverse Employment Actions and Ethics Questions. He also prosecuted and defended criminal actions.

Following his Active Duty, Jeff engaged in private practice for over 15 years as a family law and criminal law attorney. His private practice has made him attuned to liability concerns. His experience in the Air Force has been instructive on the administrative and regulatory requirements of his employment. Jeff and his wife Shauna share twelve children (6 His, 4 Hers and 2 Ours) and five grandchildren (and counting). He loves to travel, follow the BSU Broncos and attend events with family and friends.
