Julie Marshall joined the Legacy team with a background in education and service. As a child, Julie grew up working in a children’s home for orphaned and abandoned children in Mexico City, Mexico and has carried that background of compassion into her adult life. She has a BS from Lincoln Christian College and a teaching degree from Illinois State University. Julie has returned to Mexico as an adult to work in a children’s home and school. For the past 10 years, she has taught Special Education in the Boise School District. Julie is the busy mom to three children and happily married to her husband of one year. She enjoys spending time with her church family, singing on the music team, reading, movies, trying ethnic restaurants, cooking, DIY’s, playing games with family, and time around the fire pit.
